Rubio: ISIS Is ‘Most Active, Sophisticated, Well-Funded Terrorist Group We Have Ever Confronted’

GOP presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) told CBS’s “Face the Nation” on Sunday that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) “has global ambitions of conquering and flying the black flag of ISIS over the White House,” adding that it is “the most active, sophisticated, well-funded terrorist group we have ever confronted.”
