Retired US Army Chaplain Fred Quigley is being threatened by his homeowners association for flying the American flag on a flagpole in his front lawn. The homeowners association says their rules prohibit any flag poles on front lawns, however, Ohio state law allows flag poles on front lawns only if the American flag is flow. Quigley expects to be taken to court where he said he will fight them.
