Rep. Issa: White House 'Evading' on Sestak Job Offer, Which Is Why We Need Special Prosecutor

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said the White House is "evading" answering questions about the apparent quid pro quo job offer made to Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) and that a special prosecutor is needed to investigate the issue.
