As former FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller sits and somewhat answers questions that are asked of him during a Wednesday hearing that basically reviews the Mueller Report on Russian interference in the 2016 election, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) used his time to make strong assertions that Mueller's team was biased in conducting the investigation.
Here's Gaetz's conclusion to his time:
When people associated with Trump lied, you threw the book at them. When Christopher Steele lied, nothing. And so, it seems to be that when Glenn Simpson met with Russians, nothing. When the Trump administration met with Russians, 3,500 words. And maybe the reason why there are these discrepancies in what you focused on is because the [investigation] team was so biased, pledged their resistance, and pledged to stop Trump.
