CNN's Victor Blackwell became overly emotional this weekend while discussing President Donald Trump's tweets calling Rep. Elijah Cummings' (D-MD) district a "very dangerous & filthy place" and concluded that Trump’s use of the word "infested" has racist overtones.
Or, Baltimore could have a rat infestation issue and a crime problem. But those might just be facts, CNN isn’t a big fan of those.
