USA Today covers the planned banning of the sale of oversized sugary drinks in New York City. This proposal, supported by Mayor Michael Bloomburg, would impose a 16 oz limit on sodas and sugary drinks sold in movie theatres, restaurants, sports venues, and street carts. Is it the role of the government to place such restrictions?
