Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai spoke at the NATOsummit in Chicago.
"Afghanistan reaffirmed its commitment to the transition process and the completion of it in 213 and the withdrawal of our partners in 2013," said Karzai, so that "Afghanistan is no longer a burden on the shoulders of the international community."
