CNN's Piers Morgan on Monday tried to provoke musician Harry Connick, Jr., a New Orleans native, into admitting that President Bush deserved much of the blame for the response to Hurricane Katrina. Morgan also tried to get his response to liberal conspiracy claims that "surreptitious racism" was behind the emergency response.
