In a preview clip of an upcoming interview set to air on Sunday’s 60 Minutes, CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley spared with 2016 Republican presidential candidate over the man who attended a recent Trump rally and accused the President of being Muslim with Pelley telling Trump that “[i]t was a testing moment” for him as declined to rebuke the man’s statements.
At the top of the clip, Pelley reminded Trump and the viewers what the man said before remarking to the billionaire that: “You let that pass, and I wonder what that tells us about you.”
