A new glitch in Obamacare shows that older working individuals will pay more for their health care costs than non-working individuals of the same age. This is because if a person decides to retire early and start collecting Social Security, a portion of that money is not taxable. Therefore, both individuals may make the same exact amount of money, yet since the person not working has a lower taxable income, they can qualify for Medicaid.
