Obama: "We haven't been able to change the tone in Washington," "You can't change Washington from the inside"

President Obama admitted that he has failed to change the tone in Washington during his four years in office and gave up on his message of changing Washington by admitting he couldn't change things from the inside in an open forum on Univision yesterday. No word on whether Obama understood the irony of saying "You can't change Washington from the inside" while running for re-election against a candidate who has never been an official in DC.
