Obama Touts Reduced Regulation, Calls for Business to Boost U.S. Jobs

President Barack Obama reached out to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Monday, pledging again to ease regulations on business and push federal spending on infrastructure and education to promote growth, with the expectation that the business community will invest in growing the U.S. workforce.
