President Obama commented on the recent Supreme Court hearings on his signature healthcare law, during the North American summit he hosted with Canadian Prime Minister Harper and Meixican President Felipe Calderon at the White House.
Obama said he is 'confident' that the law will be upheld, and said that if the Supreme Court, an ' unelected group of people' would overturn a 'duly constitutied and passed law' it is 'judicial activism'.
