NK Missiles: Envoy Says US ‘Open to Dialogue’; Last Outreach Was ‘During the Trump Administration’

On a day when North Korea fired the largest-ever barrage of ballistic missiles towards its southern neighbor U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Linda Thomas-Greenfield reiterated that the U.S. was “open to dialogue” with Pyongyang but said the last outreach occurred “during the Trump administration.”
