While the broadcast networks like NBC decided to dedicate airtime to heaping glowing praise on woke U.S. Olympic athletes who thought the country was trying to kill them, Fox News Channel correspondent Bill Melugin was doing real journalism down on the U.S.-Mexico board. On Monday, he reported on the apprehension of the largest group if illegal immigrants he’s ever seen, over 1,000. He also noted the mass releases of illegals into the U.S., some infected with coronavirus.
Fox News broke the story on Sunday, but the networks hadn’t given it a peep of airtime on any of their morning or evening newscasts.
Melugin began his Special Report segment by showing off the “stunning footage” they captured via drone that showed “a massive group of migrants – the largest we have ever seen – being held by Border Patrol under Anzalduas Bridge right near a popular Rio Grande crossing area.”
