The “big three” broadcast networks of ABC, CBS, and NBC tried on Wednesday morning to resurrect the Democratic Party’s midterm election prospects, using the results of a special election for a Hudson Valley seat in dark blue New York to insist their side has the “momentum” and a “road map” to put up “a fiercer fight” against Republicans by foisting abortion on voters as their top issue.
