NCAA President on Court Ruling: NCAA Did Not Violate Anti-Trust Laws

Dr. Mark Emmert, president of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), in an appearance on ABC's "This Week" acknowledged that a federal ruling that student athletes be compensated for the use of their names, images, and likenesses in live game telecasts, video games, and other footage "potentially could" turn college sports into pro sports.
