NAACP President: 'Racial Profiling Does Not Require That All Participants Be White'

NAACP President Cornell William Brooks told CBS's "Face the Nation" on Sunday that "racial profiling does not require that all participants be white," commenting on the fact that the Baltimore police officers who are being charged in the death of 25-year-old Freddy Gray are both white and black officers.
