Minot Residents Cope With The Flood Waters

While the rivers in Minot, N.D. have stopped rising, residents are expecting to be living in temporary trailers for up to a year. City officials are trying to pump the water out of the city. The Fort Calhoun power plant located on the Missouri River in Nebraska has had some water seep into the plant but officials said it poses no threat.
