Menendez Opposes Iran Deal: ‘Hope … is Not a National Security Strategy’

Announcing Tuesday that he will vote against the Iran nuclear deal, Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) said it was “based on hope” that the regime will change – and hope, he said, “is not a national security strategy.”
