Behar mocked: “Today is Melania's birthday. Happy birthday, Melania.” McCain immediately jumped in: “I don’t think that was necessary! Come on. That's so mean!” Tension on the set quickly surfaced as Behar complained: “What was mean about it, Meghan? Tell me what was mean!”
