While House impeachment manager Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) was speaking during the second day of the Senate impeachment trial of President Donald Trump on Wednesday, a man stood up and began allegedly yelling that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) is "the devil," according to NBC News.
The man can be heard audibly yelling, but from video of the altercation it's not exactly clear what the man said.
NBC News reported on Wednesday that the man - who was later arrested and charged with unlawful conduct, according to a Capitol Police spokeswoman - "could be heard yelling 'Schumer is the devil' and 'Dismiss the trial of impeachment,' and he repeatedly mentioned abortion."
