Lib Smear Machine 'Boehner's A Barely Functioning, Hopeless Alcoholic'

MIKE PAPANTONIO (22 OCTOBER 2013): They know that in the Beltway but they don't, this is a story the media doesn't talk about. He is a, I don't, look, I don't overstate this at all. He is a barely functioning alcoholic, everybody knows it. He's so sloshed behind closed doors that sometimes it's, it's, it's embarrassing to his own party. They don't talk about it. He was never in control but not because he's a hopeless alcoholic. He was never in control because he, every day, would call the people in charge and they weren't, they didn't have anything to do with the Beltway. They had to do with the people who were writing the checks that created this infrastructure called the tea baggers that were promoting this, this insanity that unfortunately is going to be promoted for quite awhile.
