Less Than 1% of 'Known, Suspected Terrorists' Were Put on 'No Fly' List

Terrorist Screening Center Director Timothy Healy testified Dec. 9 before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee that only 3,400 people out of 400,000 on the Terrorist Watchlist were put on the "No Fly" list, which the Dept. of Homeland Security uses to screen air travelers.
