John Kerry, who ran unsuccessfully to unseat President George W. Bush in 2004, did not rule out running against President Trump in 2020 when asked by CBS' Face the Nation. He gave no outright denial, but said he was “exclusively focused” on helping Democratic candidates winning midterm races this fall.
