Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) got a little extra time during the congressional hearing of former FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller after Rep. Guy Reschenthaler (R-Pa.) yielded his remaining time to Jordan on Wednesday.

Unfortunately for Jordan, that "extra time" amounted to one question - or about 10 seconds before House Judiciary Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) slammed his gavel down. To be fair, Mueller did what he did during most of the hearing -- not answer the question.

"Director Mueller, the third FISA [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] renewal happens a month after you're named special counsel," Jordan began before asking Mueller his question. "What role did your office play in the third FISA renewal of Carter Page?"

"Not going to talk to that," Mueller swiftly responded milliseconds before the Nadler's gavel hit the sound block.
