Jeb Bush: I Don’t Believe in Litmus Tests, Would Appoint Judges With 'Consistent Proven Record of Judicial Restraint'

GOP presidential candidate former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush told NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday that he still does not believe in litmus tests when it comes to judicial appointments, and he would appoint judges who have a “consistent proven record of judicial restraint.”
