Iran Thanks IAEA For Keeping Side Deals Under Wraps; Moniz: ‘There is No So-Called Secret Side Agreement’

A top Iranian nuclear official thanked the IAEA chief in Vienna on Monday for keeping an Iran-IAEA understanding under wraps despite having come under pressure to make it public. Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, also speaking in Vienna, deplored GOP threats to defund the IAEA, saying, “There is no so-called secret side agreement.”
