On today's With All Due Respect, responding to Mark Halperin report that Bill Clinton "keeps saying he doesn't know what Snapchat is," John Heilemann quipped in reply "let's hope not, for his sake."</p><p>For those who might not be familiar, Snapchat is an app that lets users send photos or videos that self-destruct within seconds--ideal for "sexting."
