Greek Cabinet Gets Parliamentary Vote of Confidence

In the wake of Prime Minister George Papandreou's reshuffling of his cabinet, the Greek Parliament passed a vote of confidence on the move. However, next week lawmakers will be voting on the Prime Minister's proposal to help get Greece's finances in order and receive a bailout from the European Union.
