Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, in an interview on "Fox News Sunday," said the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL) will "collapse under its own contradictions" when the Muslim community realizes its ideology does not benefit them.
