Gayle King Feels ‘Guilty,’ ‘Judged,’ for Not Wearing a Mask Outside

[See NewsBusters for more.] CBS This Morning co-host Gayle King, who is fully vaccinated, feels “guilty,” “judged,” nervous and is uncomfortable with not wearing a mask while walking around New York City. Given that King is a Democratic backer, she doesn’t exactly sound like someone embracing the ideals of the so-called “party of science.” Talking to Dr. Anthony Fauci on Thursday, she lamented, “Dr. Fauci, please help us with the mask situation. I know we're told we don't have to wear it outside.” Showcasing her science denial, King recounted an exchange on the street with another vaccinated, masked woman, telling Fauci: “I think we all feel guilty or feel it's not time or see everybody else doing it.... Do you really think it's okay? Because I still feel judged.”
