Former Mississippi Gov. on Confederate Flag: 'I Am Not Offended at All'

Former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" on Tuesday that he is "not offended at all" by the state flag "or the Confederate flag for that matter," but stopped short of saying whether the Confederate flag symbol should be removed from his state's flag.
