While speaking with ABC's Jake Tapper, former President Bill Clinton gave his take on President Obama. Clinton said the economy will be in better shape by election day 2012. When Obama took office, according to Clinton, he saved America from a depression but his stimulus bill was "not big enough." Clinton expects Obama to be re-elected in 2012.
