The liberal media gave extremely little coverage to Juanita Broaddrick's charge that Bill Clinton raped her in 1978, when he was the Attorney General of Arkansas and a candidate for Governor. The only time he faced on-camera questioning during his presidency about this charge was at a March 19, 1999 press conference when ABC's Sam Donaldson asked Clinton if he would "speak directly on this matter and reassure the public." But Clinton refused to answer, citing the "statement made by my attorney."
