Four years ago on March 21, 2010, the U.S. House passed Obamacare on a party line vote. Prior to the vote, Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.) said this on the House floor: "Throughout the debate on the House, members on both sides of the abortion issue have maintained that current law should apply. Current law with respect to abortion services include the Hyde amendment."
