In August of 2011, then Office of Management and Budget Director Jack Lew appeared on the Charlie Rose show and was adamant that the stimulus created 'millions' of jobs and was a "pretty effective package."
President Obama is set to name Lew as the replacement to Timothy Geithner as Treasury secretary.
