When asked what she would do concerning working with Republicans to get gun control legislation passed during Thursday evening's third Democrat Debate in Houston, Texas, candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) put the blame on Congress - of which the House is currently controlled by Democrats.
