A top Defense official told the Senate Armed Services Committee Thursday that the U.S. is "not at the end of hostilties in Afghanistan" - an admission that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) seized on to poke holes in the Obama administration's claim that the prisoner swap of five Taliban commanders in exchange for American Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was something that "happens at the end of wars."
