The fast is now a juice "fast", and, blood pressure is no longer high and hypertension is gone. But, how long will I have perfect blood pressure? I only took medication on that third night when my blood pressure was incredibly high. But, on the fifth day to the up-loading of this video, three days later, blood pressure has been perfect.
