Dan Rather went on a rant Sunday on CNN, questioning President Trump’s mental stability after he expressed regret that journalists supposedly try to be fair. “As to his mental condition, I know there’s a whole theory that, you know, ‘he’s mentally unstable,’” Rather asserted before saying that while “I’m not qualified to say that, I will say this, that he is constantly engaging in anger, manic behavior.” Rather maintained “we have a combination of selfishness and stupidity” in the White House and “the story of the Trump administration is both tragedy and farce.”
