And the impulse is always to do something and it&#39;s not necessarily the right thing to do.&rdquo;&nbsp;Cupp accused the media of committing &ldquo;journalistic malfeasance&rdquo; for saying that &ldquo;Jeb Bush&#39;s response to the Oregon shooting is stuff happens.
