Cruz: Russian Troop Buildup ‘Direct Consequence of Joe Biden’s Surrender to Vladimir Putin on Nord Stream 2’

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) on Tuesday called the Russian troop buildup on Ukraine’s border “the direct consequence of Joe Biden’s surrender to Vladimir Putin on Nord Stream 2,” and said the way to prevent an invasion was not a “nice” presidential phone call but for Biden to follow the law and sanction the pipeline.
