Of Course: ABC, CBS Freak Over Climate Change During Irma Coverage

[See NewsBusters for more.] As Hurricane Irma coverage dominated network news coverage on Monday, it was inevitable that the journalists would embrace climate change during the reporting. Both ABC’s Good Morning America and CBS This Morning suggested that global warming is the culprit for Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Talking to FEMA Director Brock Long, Norah O’Donnell demanded, “...Two category four storms in the same year, apparently unprecedented the size of these. How much does climate change play a role in these natural disasters?”
