Cotton Announces Bill That Would Set Aside 10,000 Refugee Slots Annually for Religious Minority Syrians

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) introduced legislation Thursday requiring the government to set aside 10,000 refugee resettlement places annually, for five years, for Syrian religious minorities.
