Conservative legal scholar Jay Sekulow insisted that President Obama was unprecedented in commenting on a Supreme Court case that was pending like he did with the ObamaCare case.
Sekulow was confronting CNN's legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin over his defense of President Obama's remarks as "completely appropriate."
