CNN's Jones: 'The President is Failing Kindergarten Right Now'

Reacting to President Trump's tweets targeting Democratic Congressman Elijah Cummings, CNN Political Commentator Van Jones declared that "the President of the United States is failing kindergarten right now. I mean, literally, a kindergartener would be booted out, parents would be called, had a student, even at six years old, talking about people this way, talking to people this way." Jones later claimed "there is a racial charge" to President Trump's criticism of the African-American Cummings and the city of Baltimore, which has a large African-American population. Jones elaborated: I know a lot of people get tired of hearing these words, you know, racism gets thrown around, socialism gets thrown around. But this is as clear a statement of racial animus as you can find." Jones also alleged that by claiming that "no human being would want to live" in Baltimore, President Trump is saying "these are subhuman people" and "beginning to challenge the humanity of people."
