On Tuesday's The Situation Room, CNN touted a study by the liberal Tax Policy Center claiming that Newt Gingrich's tax plan would add to the deficit. CNNMoney.com's Poppy Harlow simply termed the center as "non-partisan," even though it is the joint venture of two liberal think tanks, the Urban Institute and the Brookings Institute.
