CNN's Mark Preston whitewashed the controversial career of soon-retiring Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), calling him a "titan" of "financial service issues" in Congress, "always the smartest man in the room," and pointed to the liberal Dodd-Frank regulations as a possible sign of a "comeback" for a once-embattled Frank.
