On the 10th anniversary of the Iraq War, a CNN headline asked "Should Bush officials be tried for war crimes?" CNN legal analyst Lisa Bloom implied that the Iraqi case for trial is bigger than America's case for war after 9/11 given the casualty count between the two: "And that was 4,000, not 100,000, not 10 years."
